ROLE-BASED STORE ACCESS

OpsBeacon is designed so owners, managers, groomers, and other authorized users can receive different views based on their role and permissions. Team members do not need access to sensitive store-wide information just to see what they need for the day.

ASK ALFIE

Ask questions about your business using ALFIE, OpsBeacon’s AI-assisted operations interface. ALFIE uses the OpsBeacon data you are authorized to access to help you understand performance, priorities, and areas that may need attention.

CONNECTED STORE INTELLIGENCE

OpsBeacon can connect with configured store systems and approved data sources, including FranPOS for supported locations. Available information depends on your store configuration, connected integrations, subscription plan, and user permissions.

PAY INFORMATION

Pay information displayed in OpsBeacon may include estimates. Estimated pay should be verified against finalized payroll records before payroll is processed. OpsBeacon does not replace your payroll processor, accounting system, or point-of-sale system.

ACCOUNT ACCESS

Full store data access requires an authorized OpsBeacon account. Available features vary by account, store, role, subscription plan, and configured integrations.
