They SCAM players, they have a pop-up that you won or purchased materials but it never shows in your inventory, it disappears and you really get nothing, happens a LOT. Game tries to get as much money as it can from players and you're just stuck unless you are willing to spend real cash. Developers are indifferent as shown below. These scams aren't "bugs" and developers will not fix, it's intentional.

This game use to be fun but they made so many changes and made it harder to accomplish goals that I quit playing it months ago. I had put tons of work into building a really cute little town.( I would have to change all the realistic yards I I created to be able to fit all the upgrade requirements.) So it's not making you able to build the town the way you want.

The new update is ok. All the products take too long to make and all the crops take too long to grow. I like the graphics, and I like the shipping. I also like that the merchant offers are just for me, and that I can send the merchant every hour. But patience definitely runs thin with all the LONG waits. Customer service has taken a HUGE nosedive since the last update, as well.
