ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE

SocialsCap uses the Android Accessibility Service solely to detect
which app is currently in the foreground. This allows the app to
enforce daily screen time limits instantly the moment a monitored
app is opened. The Accessibility Service is not used to read screen
content, collect personal data, record keystrokes, or interact with
any app's UI. It serves one purpose only: foreground app detection
for screen time enforcement.
