Best! I would like to say something interesting about this app ! I had some issues related to distraction and no discipline but using the app is making my journey much easier where now I have got a point to overcome the problems from their roots.

I prefer it for that kind of people who fall in great addiction with mobile phones and 18+ content.... overall I don't need it but it is a good app with my own opinion.... cause Alhamdulliah I am already disciplined as much as possible in my life .... So I recommend it highly for the people specially tenegers who always scroll reels video in Instagram or Facebook.. It will help them a lot and You need to remember that it's just a app what can help you to give up your bad habit ...
