I have been using Social Sentry for the past few days and it has been a great help in controlling my screen time. The interface of the app is very clean and user-friendly. Its 'Reels Blocker' and 'Adult Blocker' features in particular are quite effective in curbing social media addiction. It's a great app, but we could use some improvement, like personalize scroll limiter, (time & add more app that are installed on phone). other than that it’s a better free alternative that we have. (it has a bug that's need to be fixed, it dosen't allow to turn up volume in Facebook while in reel block)
