We're on a mission to help our customers achieve their goals and provide them with a better deal. Our SocietyOne app will help our customers stay in control of their finances.

We have lots of helpful features rolling out soon, but for now…
Customers can use our app to:

● View loan balances
● Request a loan statement
● Find out how to make an extra payment
● Request a payout figure
● Access their most recent credit score

With a SocietyOne personal loan, customers can borrow between $5k and $70k, with comparison rates from as low as 4.95% p.a.*

To use the SocietyOne app, you must be over 18 years of age and an Australian citizen or permanent resident.

We set a high standard to ensure our customers’ information is safe and secure while using the SocietyOne app. We utilise industry level biometric security, encrypted transmissions and AES-256 encrypted storage of sensitive information.

The rate advertised above is a comparison rate for a secured personal loan to a Tier 1 borrower. Annual percentage rates range from 4.95% (4.95% p.a. comparison rate) to 19.99% (21.70% p.a. comparison rate ). An establishment fee applies for most borrowers. Secured personal loan example: for a borrower with excellent credit (Tier 1 borrower), a personal loan of $10,000 over a 3 year loan term, with an interest rate of 6.49% p.a. (comparison rate 9.77% p.a.) and a $495 establishment fee, the monthly repayment would be $321.61 and the total cost over the life of the loan (including the establishment fee) would be $11,587. SocietyOne personal loans are available for terms of 2, 3, 5 and 7 years. Minimum loan term repayment period is 2 years, maximum loan term repayment period is 7 years.

SocietyOne Australia Pty Ltd ACN 151 627 977, holds Australian credit licence 423660 and is the credit provider for personal loans. Credit scores are provided by SocietyOne Services Pty Ltd ACN 609 495 409.

Ratings and reviews

Can access everything you need to. However, I now get daily notifications from Society One. Gone into app to turn them off, but wants to open a Web page, but get an error message on loading, so can't turn the notifications off. Why can't this be in the app. I've tried to go to their website to log in and change, but my details don't work, so again, cannot turn them off. Used to get the weekly notification for repayments. Even since app was installed, I now get daily notifications.

Unable to login. Screen displays the tick and that's it. Prior to this when it did work, I requested aa payout figure using the functionally and it was successful but you never hear back from them.

I have soooo much trouble logging in to my savings acct, the screen just stays white or 'thinking' it makes me anxious that something has happened and ive lost my investment/savings. I have NO trouble seeing my loan however. The last update makes me sign in with fingerprint, AND pass code AND pin.... what the heck?? I loath this app, it's awful 😖 😱

What's new

-The new version of the SocietyOne app provides better protection for our customers
- Customers will receive a one time password (OTP) when updating their SocietyOne app
- When customers log into the app with the OTP, they will be required to be re-verified at the first log in
