See how much time you spend in selected apps. Review daily usage, recent history, and weekly summaries to understand your habits.

SET DAILY APP LIMITS
Choose apps and set an individual daily allowance for each one. SocioPapa displays a blocking screen when an app reaches its limit. Edit, pause, or remove limits as your needs change.

GET HELPFUL REMINDERS
Receive optional notifications as you approach your daily allowance, so you can decide when to take a break.

OPTIONAL ADULT-WEBSITE FILTERING
Enable Porn Protection to filter selected adult-content domains through an on-device VPN. Create a local protection password to manage the feature’s in-app off switch.

Filtering uses a predefined domain list and cannot block every adult website. Some browser or network configurations may bypass filtering, and the feature cannot run alongside another active VPN.

KEEP CONTROL OF YOUR DATA
No account is required. SocioPapa has no ads or analytics, and your app-usage records and settings are stored locally on your device.

Export your records, import a backup, or delete your local data from the app.

Exported files are readable, so store them somewhere private.

When adult-website filtering is enabled, permitted DNS requests are forwarded to your network’s DNS resolver. SocioPapa does not store a browsing-history log or send it to a developer-operated server.

CLEAR PERMISSION CONTROLS
SocioPapa uses Usage Access to calculate app usage.

With your consent, it uses Android AccessibilityService to detect foreground app changes and display the blocking screen when a limit is reached. It does not retrieve window contents or read your messages, typed text, or passwords.

Optional adult-website filtering requires Android VPN permission and displays an ongoing notification while active.

You remain in control of Android permissions. Revoking permissions, force-stopping, or uninstalling the app can stop protection.

SocioPapa measures app-wide usage; it does not count individual Shorts or Reels.
