Ratings and reviews

3 stars for now. The user interface is fine and I really like the idea of sending gifts abroad. However, you can only send gifts to your loved ones from USA, Canada and South Korea. I have friends from Belgium and Turkey. There is no option of sending gifts to my friends from these countries. I also want Pakistan to be included in the countries list. I will rate 5 stars, if you can add these countries to your list.

Very convenient gift shopping app for friends and families in Korea! I have been using this for years and sending gifts to my friends an families in Korea. Very easy to choose gifts and pay too! They have variety choices of gifts now than before. Love it!!!

Worst app with horrible customer service. The recipient could not open the link I bought for him and I contacted the customer service. There was only AI chatbot and it did not "get that". I don't believe my trouble is a rare case on online gift shop. The way they avoiding my question makes them look like a scam
