Common user complaints "Something went wrong" errors: This is one of the most frequently cited problems. From last few months this app was not working properly, and I was not able to mark in attendance on the app after re-installing the app, not able to login again Request to fix the issue it will be easy-to-use us I request you please solve the issue as soon as possible

There is no way to communicate with the provider. Effectively, the app is only for attendence monitoring and quizzes. I have faced problems where I needed to urgently talk to the Sabaq provider, but there is no way to contract them, either on the app or through other contact details, since there are none available! Off-course, knowing the complete apathy on display, I don't expect a resolution to this issue any time soon.
