There is no way to communicate with the provider. Effectively, the app is only for attendence monitoring and quizzes. I have faced problems where I needed to urgently talk to the Sabaq provider, but there is no way to contract them, either on the app or through other contact details, since there are none available! Off-course, knowing the complete apathy on display, I don't expect a resolution to this issue any time soon.

Common user complaints "Something went wrong" errors: This is one of the most frequently cited problems. Users report receiving this error message when trying to mark attendance, access quizzes, or simply open the app, which prevents them from using its core functions. Worst and untested app with no technical support co ordinator are of lack of technical knowledge

App not working for couple of weeks. Error msg - "Something went wrong". Can't log in and mark attendance. I tried uninstall and reinstall but same error always. I believe it's working on App Store but having issues on Play Store version. Please check and advise.
