Your vocabulary is magic.
Spellcaster is a word game wearing the armour of a role-playing game. Every word
you spell is a spell you cast. Longer words hit harder. Rarer letters hit harder
still. Pick the right word at the right moment and a monster comes apart in one
beautiful, over-engineered blow.
BATTLE WITH WORDS
Draw a rack of letter tiles and build the best word you can. Damage scales with
length and letter value, so a clumsy four-letter jab keeps you alive but a
well-spotted seven-letter monster ends the fight. Enemies strike back after
every word, so a long word is a gamble as much as a flex.
ELEMENTS AND WEAKNESSES
Every enemy has an element it fears. Read the scroll before the fight, pick your
spells accordingly, and watch the numbers turn gold.
COLLECT 50 SPELL CARDS
Open packs to collect creatures, relics and sigils that bend the rules in your
favour — extra damage, healing tiles, better letters, second chances. Build a
loadout that matches the way you like to play, and unlock more loadout slots as
you level.
FIVE REGIONS TO CLEAR
Journey from the quiet green of Willowmere Glade out through mire, ember, frost
and star. Nine stages each, every one with its own enemy and its own reason to
be careful.
