Cibus customers - Through the Cibus Pluxee application you can order meals in the delivery & take away from a variety of restaurants or locate restaurants in your area.
We have prepared for you a personal home page where you can save your favorite restaurants, order with a click and view a variety of discounts at restaurants in your area.

You have now ordered with the app and you want to know if the order was sent to the restaurant? Now it's possible! on the previous orders screen.
You want to order a delivery and split the payment with friends in the office? Go for it! At the payment define the friends you would like to share the meal with.

Your friend is stuck in a meeting and need help with an order? From today, you can make an order and relate it to a friend.

Why carry your wallet when you go out to eat? From now on, you can pay for your meal with a mobile payment.

Want to see where you ate last month? Under your account you can find your transaction history according to the date range you choose.

I would say worst customer service ever, but that would emply that they exist.. restourant cancels my order claiming they don't deliver to my area (the app shows that they do) and I can't contact the customer service to get my money back for order that I didn't received but was charged for...

Rubbish app with various problems. Today I couldn't pay with it, because it desided to verify my address and e-mail by sending a code without option to skip it. I was far from my working computer with work e-mail and without other payment options on me. Went back to the office just to find out that no codes were received. They arrived after about a hour! Only entering their website sorted out the problem somehow. Stupid pointless rubbish.

Terrible app. No description of the dishes, less availability within the same restaurant and even the same dish compared to 10bis. The menus in each app are not the same and there is muxh less selection in sibus. The search function only works on restaurant name and not on food options
