Soffit takes care of your home maintenance. In our service areas, we come out once a season and do it for you. If we’re not in your area yet, Soffit helps you keep up with it yourself until we get there.

With the subscription, we take care of the stuff every home needs but nobody gets around to: filters, detector batteries, dryer vents, water heater, shut-off valves and the rest of that season’s list. We bring the materials and do the work, all for one monthly price. Every visit’s photos and notes live in the app, so your home’s full maintenance history is always in one place. Between visits, message our concierge anytime. Weird noise, not sure who to call? Just ask. Sign up in the app and we’ll call or text to set up your first visit.
