Quickly and securely access your bike parking with Diwio Key.
Easy to use, near your parking lot, Diwio Key detects and displays your parking space, all you have to do is open it with one click.
With Bluetooth technology, benefit from hands-free opening via your smartphone and the Diwio Key application.
Practical, combine the opening of all your Diwio® bicycle parking spaces equipped with connected locks with a single application, wherever you are and contactless.
How to use Diwio Key?
1. I subscribe to one or more secure bicycle parking spaces on diwio.com or the Diwio® app
2. I download the Diwio Key application and log in with the credentials received by email
3. I activate Bluetooth and view my bicycle parking spaces equipped with connected locks
4. Near the lock, I unlock the door remotely via Diwio Key
5. The lock flashes green, I open it by turning it*
6. I close the door and leave with a light mind
*As a security measure, when the connected lock flashes green, you have 8 seconds to activate it.
