S4C_TimeKontrol is the official employee time and attendance tracking application, natively integrated with Soft4Care, the leading social and healthcare management platform.

It complies with Spanish regulations on timekeeping (Royal Decree-Law 8/2019) and allows organizations to securely, traceably, and automatically manage the attendance, working hours, and travel of their employees.

Main Functions
• Clocking in via QR code, NFC card, or access key
• Automatic entry and exit registration in Soft4Care
• Clocking in validation with geolocation for home care services
• Calculation of distance traveled during commutes
• Offline recording with subsequent synchronization
• Secure employee identification
• Integration with Soft4Care modules for work hours, shifts, HR, and time management
Use in centers and for external services
S4C_TimeKontrol allows clocking in both within the workplace and at external locations (home care), providing:
• Location verification
• Real-time control of time spent on the service
• Route and distance recording (optional depending on the center)
Security and Regulatory Compliance
• Complies with the Mandatory Work Hour Registration
• Complies with the GDPR and Spanish data protection regulations
• Geolocation is only obtained at the time of external clocking in or if the center activates distance calculation
• Data is encrypted and They are only integrated into Soft4Care
Usage Requirements
This app requires:
• An active Soft4Care account
• The organization must have the attendance control module enabled
