Whether for business, remote work, or personal use, PokeFAX provides a simple and reliable fax solution using KDDI's "Hikari Direct" service and dedicated fax servers.

[Free Fax Sending]
Send faxes for free through an automated voice guidance service with **no daily page limit**.
Ideal for users who only send faxes occasionally.
* Free transmission requires calling a "050" number.
* If you have an unlimited domestic calling plan, no additional call charges apply within your plan.
* Otherwise, your carrier's standard call charges will apply.

[Paid Point Sending]
Purchase points within the app to:
- Send documents with 2 or more pages
- Send to multiple recipients
^ Send without making a voice call

Cost:
- 9 points (approx. ¥18) per page

Purchased points never expire. Fax conversion is processed over the network, so no phone call is made. Standard mobile data charges apply.

Subscribe to your own fax number for ¥580/month.

- Keep the same number until cancellation
- Receive faxes in the app
- Forward received faxes to email
- No telephone charges for receiving

1. Install the app and complete SMS verification.
2. Register using an email address, Apple Sign-In, or Google Sign-In.
3. Enter a fax number or choose one from your contacts.
4. Upload your document and send.
5. Receive delivery results within seconds.

Sent and received faxes are securely stored within the app. Documents can be viewed anytime and printed using compatible Wi-Fi printers.

*Important Information
- Fax transmission to toll-free or special service numbers (0120, 0800, 0570) is not supported.
- Free fax transmission cannot be used when sending from overseas to Japan. Please use paid points.
- International fax transmission from Japan to overseas destinations is not supported, even when using paid points.
- Standard mobile data charges may apply.
