Softbnb is a booking app for short-let apartments, homes and boats in Nigeria and beyond Search for a place to stay, check prices and dates, book and pay securely, and message your host, all in one app. Hosts can list their property, manage bookings and calendars, and get paid to their bank account.

For guests
• Browse stays and boats on a map, in a feed, a list or a grid
• Filter by price, guests, bedrooms, beds, bathrooms, amenities and instant booking
• Save the places you like to your wishlist
• Book instantly where the host allows it, or send a request and get the host's answer in the app
• See the price broken down, and the listing's cancellation policy, before you pay
• Pay through Paystack, or from your Softbnb wallet
• Keep your upcoming, past and cancelled trips in one place, with receipts
• Report a problem with your stay from the trip itself
• Leave a review once your stay is over

Verifying your ID
Before you book, Softbnb asks you to verify your identity once, with your NIN, international passport or driver's licence and a quick selfie. Hosts know who is coming, and everyone can book with more confidence.

For hosts
• List a home, apartment or boat one step at a time: the place, the story, photos and price
• Each new listing is checked by the Softbnb team before it goes live
• Run each listing's calendar: block dates, set prices for particular dates, set a minimum stay and sync calendars from other sites with an iCal link
• Accept or decline booking requests and keep track of upcoming stays
• See your earnings by week, month and year, plus occupancy and ratings, in Host Analysis
• Rate your guests after they check out
• Add your bank account and withdraw your earnings
• Arrange your dashboard the way you like it

Your wallet
• Top up your Softbnb wallet through Paystack and pay for stays from it
• Your wallet is protected by a PIN, which you can reset with a one-time code

Your account
• Sign in with your phone number or your email address
• Turn on fingerprint or face sign-in on phones that support it, and add two-step verification
• Get notified about messages, bookings and payments
• Choose a Day or Night look, or follow your phone's setting
• Reach Help & Support from inside the app
• Delete your account from the app whenever you want
