The "new app" needs a lot of work. I can't log in because every time it says "it looks like you are signing in with an established user" which of course is true, then I hit proceed and nothing happens. I'm just stuck in a loop. My wife has had the same issue before as well. Fix your app people! I have to be able to check my account and pay my bills!

Great 😊 App saves time and really easy to use. I think everyone is going to love to join East Texas professional credit union.we chose the bank for the people. A bank should be able to supply all your needs from checking, savings, car loans, and mortgages. We also like using the safe word at the drive thru. I think that they could improve on the transfer of the one account to another inside the app, because there are a lot more apps that are doing this, for instance the cash app, thanks.

3-28-21 app still not accepting biometric login. Have tried multiple times. to start it. The program acepts the finger print, then wont allow access on biometric login. This latest update of 11-20 is a poor. The biometric will not stay in place on the phone or other devices. I have tried multiple times to get biometrics to be added under multiple accounts. Also, bring back the larger fonts. At least , give an option to chance larger fonts.
