Welcome to ETPCU Mobile Banking. You are one step closer to having access to ETPCU whenever, wherever you are. It’s fast, secure and a free way to get 24/7 access to your ETPCU accounts from your mobile phone or tablet.

With ETPCU Mobile Banking you can:
- View account balances and transaction history
- Transfer funds between accounts
- View and pay bills
- Find an ETPCU branch or ATM close to your phone’s location

ETPCU has developed this app with your security in mind. You can rest assured that your accounts are safe with the following security measures:
- If your device is lost or stolen, you can disable the app quickly
- Only transfers between existing and related accounts can be made
- Only bill payments to existing payees can be initiated

This app is for use by members of ETPCU only. Members of similarly named credit union in other states will not be able to use this app. Standard messaging and data rates may apply.

Our current members may be eligible to apply for loans with ETPCU. Please review the following to understand our lending information, and make sure to check (our lending rates link) for the latest rate information.

Our personal loans have a minimum repayment period of 6 months and a maximum repayment period of 42 months. The Maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for a personal loan is 18.00%. Our minimum offered loan amount is $300.

Not all applicants may qualify for the most favorable rates or the highest possible loan amounts. Approval and actual loan terms depend on credit union membership history and credit risk evaluations (including responsible credit history, debt-to-income information, and availability of collateral). Highly qualified applicants may be offered higher loan amounts and/or lower APRs.

Some of our loan options are intended for consolidating existing debts into a single loan. When consolidating existing debts or refinancing an existing loan, total finance charges and money owed over the period of the new loan may be more than the existing debt due to longer terms or higher interest rates. Members may request a shorter term than the minimum repayment period. ETPCU reserves the right to make exceptions and changes to rates, terms, fees, rate reductions, extension of credit, underwriting guidelines, etc. without notice.

I love the recent update, mainly the "upcoming" tab to show pending transactions to keep you on top of your spending. But giving 4 stars because the biometrics was taken away. I don't see an option to put it back. I don't enjoy having to type in my password, fat finger type it, then have to re-do it. Please bring that back. Simplicity is what we all need and love most. ❤️

This new update is disappointing, to say the least. The old version was fine, never any issues. Now I have to enter my password manually every time I open the app because there is no way to turn on biometrics. It advises you to enable biometrics in the settings after you log in, but there is absolutely no mention of biometrics anywhere in the settings. There isn't even a "remember me" option. Crummy oversight.

This update is terrible. The bank said any third-party accounts that were already connected wouldn't disconnect. They are all disconnected, and ETPCU is saying it'll be up to a week for them to reconnect. This is unacceptable. I also can not get the biometrics to turn on any longer, which is frustrating. I'm sure I will get used to the layout, but as of today, I absolutely hate this update.
