This app is flawed in the most basic levels of functionality. If you need to send a message to your bank the app has a one minute timeout and the timeout is not reset when you're typing the message so you can't actually use this app to do the message function to your credit union. This app has a limited number of times that it can be activated before you have to call them but in some Android platforms it will de-register you randomly for no apparent reason

I did the Android update on my phone and then my app wouldn't work. Have been trying for the last 4 days now to do the app update and still nothing. I even uninstalled it to try to reinstall and now absolutely nothing is happening. Just a message that the app is waiting to update. I've called the customer service line and they were no help. I told them every thg ring I had done and all they had me do was do the same steps over again.

After the update, they've completely screwed me and my family over. We can access any of our accounts and its definitely the accounts. Money is now getting pulled out of my account randomly and I cant track or access anything at all. Please, before you launch an update, perfect it before you screw anyone else over again. Especially when it's been going for a week with no change.
