Ratings and reviews

This app is TERRIBLE. No mobile deposit is working so if you don't have a branch near you, you can't deposit anything. They say it's more intuitive. That isn't how I want any financial institution to describe the interface. The website is not any better. Clunky, COUNTER intuitive and inaccessible. And NO bank should be sponsoring ads within their site.

I've been with the credit union for almost 15 years. The credit union itself is great. The first app they had was great. This one is lacking, frequently I try to open it, it crashes, it is so bad that I get notifications on my phone to put the app into deep sleep so that it doesn't affect the operation of my phone. It takes multiple attempts to open the app. A lot of bugs still need to be worked out with the app

The new application is GREAT!! So many new options and menus along with dashboard customizations!!! It's different so it will take some getting used to, but all and all I love it so far.
