I find that the transition that changed on Nov 28 was very unorganized ,when we as accountants needed help ,no one could help us which was an inconvenience to access our money.The employees at the bank we're not trained to help us and many were charged for not having sufficient funds when we were not able to access our accounts to make sure they were funded..Totally unorganized and a deep inconvenience..
