Started out fine. Could check balances and transfer funds anywhere. Suddenly one day I could only access it if I was connected to wifi. A little annoying but whatever. Now, starting today I can't even use it on wifi. App straight up just won't load.

Very buggy. Randomly says that device security settings have changed and so logins, fingerprints, etc. all have to be redone. Also does this nearly every time the app is updated and every time Android is updated. Mobile deposit is very finicky. Sometimes fails to work even when checks are imaged perfectly. In most respects, it is inferior to the older app.

Terrible. I downloaded the app. Followed their instructions on setting up a new id and password. Try as I may there is no way to get into the app to make a deposit. they say click on the Its Me 247 logo but there isn't any hyperlink under it. very annoyed and frustrated.

What’s new

This update introduces new quick sign-in options. Use your device's fingerprint or face unlock, or set up a PIN for fast, secure access. Once enrolled, the app signs you in automatically...no password needed.
