The updated app is clunky, inelegant, not in any way intuitive or user friendly. This update was a huge downgrade from the previous app. Whoever y'all partnered with to update your website and mobile systems was not a good choice. You were finally advancing with the last iteration. This one feels like a 1.0 version. The only positive thing I can say is that it is better than having no mobile app at all.

Very buggy. Randomly says that device security settings have changed and so logins, fingerprints, etc. all have to be redone. Also does this nearly every time the app is updated and every time Android is updated. Mobile deposit is very finicky. Sometimes fails to work even when checks are imaged perfectly. In most respects, it is inferior to the older app.

Very clunky and unintuitive. The design of this app is unlike any app I have encountered. If you open accounts, you have to login. Makes sense. But you can't from accounts. You have to go back out to the main screen to login. From there, you'd think you'd be brought into your account. Nope. Now you have to go back to the main screen and select accounts. What percentage of people sign into a banking app to do anything other than manage money? Poor user interface. No support for password managers.
