I LOVE the fact that I can access my COMPLETE banking needs directly from my phone or on the go, and all in an instant! Now that they've added the finger scan to log in, it makes it 100 times faster! The ONLY negative I can comment on is miniscule, and that would be that logging into only my mobil app doesn't keep my account active online through the full website. But I don't use a full computer, or even a laptop, often enough for it to matter to me. Still a 5 star rating!

It been a disaster from day one. Every time I did something wrong they penalized me for it. Now they took my checking away because I got some phone stolen and I stp payment sent I had a certified send letter stolen which had a check in it for a loan . So I will bring getting a new bank. I do not hsvd s debit cards and I can pay any bills now

Among other things I wish I would only get updated postings that are relevant to my location only. Instead You send all locations notices to all inbox. Changes to Hours of operation etc etc. - I'm hoping this makes sense to someone. Besides myself.

Card Controls Menus updated:
Mark Lost Stolen and reorder–changed to Mark Lost/Stolen–Reorder by mail
Mark Lost/Stolen without Reorder–changed to Mark Lost/Stolen–Instant Issue Pickup at Branch
We now offer permanent cards in our local branches(excluding main office). It takes 5-10 minutes for the branch to produce your card. Debit cards should be work within 2 hours & credit cards the following day.
