Great Bank and the app used to work but now with the updated version it takes forever to get into. I can click on the app to open but it just attempts to load the sign on screen and I have to open it multiple times before it finally loads that screen. Between this new app not functioning and the change to Master Card debit cards, it's been a pain to do anything. My cards have more issues with the chips than ever before and like I said before, it's difficult to even get into my account on here.

I LOVE the fact that I can access my COMPLETE banking needs directly from my phone or on the go, and all in an instant! Now that they've added the finger scan to log in, it makes it 100 times faster! The ONLY negative I can comment on is miniscule, and that would be that logging into only my mobil app doesn't keep my account active online through the full website. But I don't use a full computer, or even a laptop, often enough for it to matter to me. Still a 5 star rating!

Bright screens at night could be a death sentence for a depositor. A day/night screen would be nice (and for a balance widget as well, so that one doesn't need to open the app at all). Too bad that Google doesn't have duress biometrics. I'm not sure if it is this app or Google, but I'm thinking something is amiss with 2FA. I am prompted to both login with my username & password at the same time as using my biometrics. But using the one dismisses the other.
