leaves much to be desired. services go under maintenance at the most inconvenient of times (when you need to pay your bills). The UI is unappealing and hard to navigate, spent hours on the app trying to find out how to do basic things like transfer money between accounts, find my routing number/account number, pay loans etc. auto loan pay is inconsistent and shoots up dramatically without warning. No excuse for the bank app to be this bad. please do better.

its great when it works. since the update in january, sometimes it lets me on, most of the time it doesnt. it just stays blank. total waste of time

It use to load my accounts quickly. Now it takes forever to load. Sometimes it won't load at all. It's very annoying.
