This new Coast Central online banking app is very difficult to use and one dimensional in how it looks. It takes many different clicks to find options in the menu. All of my payee information and ebill info has been lost, causing a lot of problems. When I called Coast Central for customer service, I was put on hold for over 15 minutes to get help. Not the bank it used to be. I am going to look for something better after being a customer for 36 years!!

Edited review: After receiving help on the phone, I was finally able to get into the app and use it. I haven't been on it much, but it seems to function and look fine so far. I'm overall pleased with the customer service, and I'm no longer upset over the difficulties I had. The rep on the phone was very kind and had my problem solved in under five minutes.

I love this app. I especially like the Quick Balance option. Because so many times I just need to see my balance, and now I can get my balance without logging into my account. It's so easy and convenient. Loving Coast Central every step of the way. Get their app, and you can love it too!!!
