I do like the new app so far, the only thing that is a little annoying is it displays the available balance in smaller text below the other balance. I think having those switched would make it more convenient, or only showing the available balance on the home page. Just so the user doesn't think they have more available than they really do.

Edited review: After receiving help on the phone, I was finally able to get into the app and use it. I haven't been on it much, but it seems to function and look fine so far. I'm overall pleased with the customer service, and I'm no longer upset over the difficulties I had. The rep on the phone was very kind and had my problem solved in under five minutes.

Took forever to find the button to enable biometric login. Maybe don't hide it under an icon that's almost the same color as the background or make it visible that it's an actual settings menu and not an indicator of where you are in the app. Placing it in the main settings menu would have been more ideal

We agree with that feedback! We put an FAQ on our website to help our members find the biometric login and working on updating it so it is in an easier to find location. Thank you for your membership and your feedback. We will follow up once that change it made.
