This new Coast Central online banking app is very difficult to use and one dimensional in how it looks. It takes many different clicks to find options in the menu. All of my payee information and ebill info has been lost, causing a lot of problems. When I called Coast Central for customer service, I was put on hold for over 15 minutes to get help. Not the bank it used to be. I am going to look for something better after being a customer for 36 years!!

I like the ai assistant. It streamlines using features to people like me who may be new to the app.

this app is sending me on an endless loop when I try to change my address after I moved. now I have to call to have my address changed.
