I've been using the app for several years now and one thing that I noticed is that it doesn't have the maintenance issues like some of the other financial apps. Further the app is easy to navigate and it gives me instant notifications when the system suspects that someone is attempting to "steal" my monies. Great job!

Apps from our other banks are much better. 1. This app is very slow to load. 2. Access to credit card info is time-consuming and laborious. 3. The app offers a "rename" option for each account. This is helpful in keeping budgets straight. However, in the last few months I have renamed accounts only to find them soon changed back. I have tried again and again to no avail. The teller girl at CFCU says she has the same problem. 4. I can't go back and forth with budget app without relogging in. Dumb

The BEST feature of this app disappea. I need pending transaction to show as if keeping a proper check book balance. It showed available funds as if the transaction was complete. Was like that before update yesterday. There is no in app option to set up this missing feature. Disappointed to see it is gone again. Please, please, bring it back. The illusion that i have $500 more dollars when i don't, is frustrating & messing me up. Defeats the purpose of going paperless!! ~Confused Old Lady~
