Ratings and reviews

Apps from our other banks are much better. 1. This app is very slow to load. 2. Access to credit card info is time-consuming and laborious. 3. The app offers a "rename" option for each account. This is helpful in keeping budgets straight. However, in the last few months I have renamed accounts only to find them soon changed back. I have tried again and again to no avail. The teller girl at CFCU says she has the same problem. 4. I can't go back and forth with budget app without relogging in. Dumb

When trying to do a mobile deposit and you type the right info in it always says that it's wrong... It's slow sometimes and has a hard time logging In and I know it isn't my phone service. If you hit back trying to switch from savings to checking you have to use their app too do it. Other than that it's okay. I like that you can use you're fave recognition and finger print too log in that's pretty cool.

Horrible App. Check Depositing is all over the place. ATM withdraw is $300 max per transaction. Current Balance & Available Balance are way off. They will hit you with multiple overdraft fees. They will admit the app messed up the Available Balance but still make you pay the over draft fees. They will wave half of their mess up cause they are such an amazing company.
