When I call about a particular situation, I can get an answer quickly and they are so helpful . It means a lot to have someone help on technical issues as well. I don't want to offend anyone, but a younger person I approached about a technical issue, I felt, wasn't as thoughtful on the older generation NOT raised on computers. This employee stayed with me till the problem was solved, and I was grateful. Just saying maybe inform some people some of us older ones have some issues with technology!

One of the things I appreciate most is how convenient it is. I can check my balances, transfer money, pay bills, and review transactions all in one place without any hassle. The app runs smoothly and updates quickly, so I always know exactly where my accounts stand. The mobile deposit feature is especially helpful

App/website does not let you set a default account for paying a bill. As a result, bills keep getting paid from different accounts than I intended and thought I selected. Very frustrating that such a basic concept is not present.
