When I call about a particular situation, I can get an answer quickly and they are so helpful . It means a lot to have someone help on technical issues as well. I don't want to offend anyone, but a younger person I approached about a technical issue, I felt, wasn't as thoughtful on the older generation NOT raised on computers. This employee stayed with me till the problem was solved, and I was grateful. Just saying maybe inform some people some of us older ones have some issues with technology!

The online experience has been terrible. Both the app and the website are ridiculous. I've spent my entire lunch hour getting logged in. Had to reset the password and it sends me text messages and emails over and over and over again. I think I finally got in after about 45 minutes of being jerked around. I am very tempted to close my account and seek other services. The only reason why I put up was it at all is my credit reading has improved since I've used this prepaid card

Very very easy to use. And the money goes into your account almost immediately. Unlike it does with PayPal that can get very confusing. I have had times that people tried to make a purchase of things that I was selling and they were paying with PayPal but it would never go through. I like Zelle very much.
