The app worked pretty well for me when I first used it. The log in was a bit touchy and still seems to act up once in a great while. It's nothing I can't overcome. I just stop at the credit union and one of the tellers resets my password so I can change a number or letter in it and I'm good for another year or so. All in all I really do appreciate this app. It is so convenient for me to use. Much better than driving to see my balance etc. Thank you for a nice app!

It is a Great Bank, even for customer service. Any problem I've had, they do their best at getting things resolved. Only thing I don't like is the days it takes w pending transactions. Don't know why it takes 3 to 4 days to adjust when your account has already balanced out. Otherwise ❤️

App was fine but they keep arbitrarily changing things for the sake of changing things and they keep causing outages during the day so I can't access the app during business hours... vague error messages, intermittent banners informing of issues, and fraud alert pop-ups saying "contact us" without phone numbers to call integrated into the alert. Dropping to 1 star. opening the banking app once today. 2 minutes of screen time and 4 of background time ate 10% of my battery.
