I used to use this app daily due to convenience until it had an update on November 6th. Now I can't sign in and it says my account info is invalid and "failed to validate user" it's super frustrating because I preferred using the app to do my budgeting and quickly access the transaction history in real time. Now I can't even log in or reset my password.

App is better than the old app, and I appreciate 2FA, but it would be more secure if it could use an authenticator application. Needs Push notifications anytime there is account activity (balance transfers, card use, etc.). You have to login or use quick balance to see if there are any changes, but it would be better to be notified real-time to react more quickly in the case of any unauthorized activity.

No matter how many times I have them reset and "fix" my account I can't log in through the app or online web page. Over it. Switching banks asap. I would not suggest signing up with them. It's been a struggle from beginning to end.
