Serious programing error. The delivery dates and processing dates aren't the ones you pick on the calendar. If you want a bill paid on August 9th the processing is supposed to start on or after August 2nd to be delivered on time (in check form). Anyways, when I choose August 9th for a bill to be paid then it's processed on July 29th and paid on August 2nd. I've tried for a week to notify someone who can help with this program error including the VP of my bank and on-line bill pay people.

They are the best bank to ever have and they are always kind and understanding

app use to work but after the oreo update doesnt work at all. Called and emailed with no help.
