Worked great for years with no issues. After last update I can log in and everything works except for the mobile deposit. It goes thru the whole process for the deposit (taking pictures, etc) and when you click to accept the picture if the back of the check it kicks me back to the log in screen. It really sucks because I work about 40 minute from the nearest branch. They have been "fixing" it since the beginning of December so 3 months. They have been trying to fi but still does not work

Update: Thanks for pushing updates to improve. Upgrading rating... The developers of the app should go back for training. The biggest joke. The other one worked fine. It's a nightmare to use the app. Way to go on your rebranding activity. Not winning! Update 1.4.19: App is worse than ever. It wont even load my accounts now. Just keeps cycling. After over 20 years of being with this bank, I think it's time to switch!

didn't see a place to leave feedback, so I'm reporting it here. the update at the beginning of December has been a failure. the app is one-time use, may 2 if you're lucky. it will only open one or 2 times after you register. after that you have to uninstall and reinstall. all subsequent attempts to login, after a max of 2 time, result in the app trying to open, the indicator just spins indefinitely even to the point of the phone going into sleep mode, the app never opens.
