Love the bank and the app is user friendly, intuitive, and straight forward, but mobile deposits have become a nightmare. I have endorsed it exactly as described, but it takes numerous attempts to get it to accept the check. So I'll likely end up waiting until I can get to the bank and manually deposit it. I'm hoping they'll fix this issue and then I can modify my rating.
It'll do some basic stuff, view balances transfer between accounts (not external), view messages (not write them to the bank), click links to view other products on their website. Compared to other financial institution apps, this is far behind the technology curve, especially in the security aspect. No biometrics or additional verification through text or call. They would definitely get more of my business if I had easier access on the go. Having to login on an actual computer is a decade ago

This is an awful app for an awful bank. They'll lock down your account on a weekend for buying a few too many things on Amazon, and of course they won't notify you what they did, and there's no way to manually unlock it. Good luck waiting for their miniscule weekday only support who are slow on a good day, too!
