Horrible! This credit union recently updated this app so only those with android 16 can use. I have a perfectly good phone with android 11 and am now excluded from using this. it like the bank is requiring me to buy a new phone. Yes, I can go through my web browser but the app was better. Actually I just saw a notification on the website, THEY ARE SAYING GET A NEW PHONE. (They can see from my balance I don't have the money for a new phone!!!)

Worked great until they updated the app and now I can't log in at all now! This sucks!!!!!!! please fix this!!!!!!! The new update was on Feb. 4, 2026.

It's not working anymore when I try to log in, it just keeps spinning & not opening 2/24/24 I called FP FCU & talk to teller my situation. She talked to their tec support team. Now, can go onto Google play & open the app. Yaaaa, it works good. But I can't get it to appear on my phone's app section. So, now I have to Google play app to get onto the FP FCU. I guess I shouldn't complain, just a few extra steps 2 the FP FCU. It's better. I'll🤔try my tablet& C how it works or shows up in my apps😒
