Horrible! This credit union recently updated this app so only those with android 16 can use. I have a perfectly good phone with android 11 and am now excluded from using this. it like the bank is requiring me to buy a new phone. Yes, I can go through my web browser but the app was better. Actually I just saw a notification on the website, THEY ARE SAYING GET A NEW PHONE. (They can see from my balance I don't have the money for a new phone!!!)

app used to work great until the recent update. now it takes forever to load. I can't open it if I have anything else open, even my calculator! half the time it doesn't load and I have to reopen it several times for it to work and I have a newer phone!

Worked great until they updated the app and now I can't log in at all now! This sucks!!!!!!! please fix this!!!!!!! The new update was on Feb. 4, 2026.
