not sure why out of all bank apps and money apps this one seams to take 30 mins to load. and im also not sure why I dont have the option for quick balance but my wife does on her app? both apps are updated. they need to spend some money that they make from this bank on fixing their app.

cannot use fingerprint login. it does not even exist anywhere in this app. not sure when they're going to update it, but I'm in the process of moving to Somerset trust!!!!

It's not working anymore when I try to log in, it just keeps spinning & not opening 2/24/24 I called FP FCU & talk to teller my situation. She talked to their tec support team. Now, can go onto Google play & open the app. Yaaaa, it works good. But I can't get it to appear on my phone's app section. So, now I have to Google play app to get onto the FP FCU. I guess I shouldn't complain, just a few extra steps 2 the FP FCU. It's better. I'll🤔try my tablet& C how it works or shows up in my apps😒
