unable to ever unfreeze debit card after a certain time in the evening generally after 9 pm to 10 pm, no matter how many attempts, refreshing, logging in and out, this has caused issues since getting t this account. it's reliability is far less than any other bank I've used. I wouldn't recommend this bank because of this. can't pay for anything, also no support for the hours that their glitchy app is not unfreezing my card. will switch banks asap recommend others do the same.

How the app was before this most recent update in my option was so much better, now when you long in you are lucky if the accounts you want to see, show up, they hide some of the accounts. Then If you log out and log back in completely different accounts show up, thats super annoying and if you need to transfer to the account that's "hidden" that's not an option. There's no access to the account not showing at that current time. It's super annoying. Also their online full site, does the same.

App works well, interface could be more intuitive, but the real problem is when you go to add another internal (another member's golden west account) to send money to. After you enter their information and the account nickname, there *is no button to finalize.* No finish or 'done' button that I can find. Please escalate this so the code monkeys can get it fixed.
