Since this update, something weird is going on with the app. Session event keep saying that I Checked my credit score and never did, also there is no way to opt out of marketing. My email box is getting spammed by lbsfcu 3rd party affiliates. Legally, there must be an option made accessible in apps to authorize or opt out of marketing. This app is out of compliance.

Thanks for your feedback. Credit Score is a feature within Online/Mobile Banking that refreshes each time you log in to determine what to display. Members who are enrolled will see credit score updates. Those who are not enrolled will see the option to enroll. We are not sharing your information. LBS is an outstanding bank!! They are professional, courteous, efficient & helpful. I haven't been to 1 location where this hasn't been my experience. I only wish they had more locations. Also, the hours to reach customer service are very limited, which is frustrating for those who work day shifts, or if you experience an emergency after business hours. Personally, I'd rather deal with these minor inconveniences than to deal with any of the other "big name banks" that offer these conveniences.

Easy to use. If you have multiple accounts within this bank, you can view all your balances etc. But not if you have outside accounts from other banks. It takes approximately 5 full days for any transfers from other outside accounts so as long as you don't need access to your money right away I suppose that's okay.

If you use the external transfers feature within Online/Mobile Banking, it shouldn't take 5 days. If you are sending money to your LBS Financial account from another financial institution, electronic deposits typically arrive in 1 business day and we will post them on the day received. If we can help further, message us in Online/Mobile or call us!
