New credit card center feature is not efficient or effective. Went through the steps of adding my LBS account to my LBS credit card when it used to be linked automatically.. Now payments don't seem to be instantly applied but they are instantly withdrawn... loved the way the app used to work with the credit card payments.

LBS is an outstanding bank!! They are professional, courteous, efficient & helpful. I haven't been to 1 location where this hasn't been my experience. I only wish they had more locations. Also, the hours to reach customer service are very limited, which is frustrating for those who work day shifts, or if you experience an emergency after business hours. Personally, I'd rather deal with these minor inconveniences than to deal with any of the other "big name banks" that offer these conveniences.

I STAND BY WHAT I SAID REGARDLESS OF YOUR REPLY. I do not like this new app. IT IS A HEADACHE TO USE! I'm not old or decrepit or incompetent either. I use computers and apps every day and this is a pain in the rear!!! Whoever designed this "upgrade" did not have the user in mind. They just wanted to show off their coding skills for a pay raise. I really wished they'd asked the actual users of this app their feedback first because I wouldn't have agreed to it. This is such a headache now.
