New credit card center feature is not efficient or effective. Went through the steps of adding my LBS account to my LBS credit card when it used to be linked automatically.. Now payments don't seem to be instantly applied but they are instantly withdrawn... loved the way the app used to work with the credit card payments.

I've had this app for years now... all of a sudden the "mobile deposit" option has completely disappeared. I've contacted the credit union, everything on their end shows that I have it, but I still don't see it. Please help.

We are so sorry you are having this experience! Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? If you have tried this and you still are not seeing Mobile Deposit as an option, please send us a secure message with a screen shot (if possible) through the app and we will troubleshoot further.

I still don't like how you have to view the credit card center to view the credit card purchases. Why have the credit card on the main app if you can't see much info? The credit card center is confusing and all over the place. It was so much better and simple before the changes. Sometimes the main app view of the credit card is different than what the credit card center shows. They don't line up at all times.

You are correct that there are currently differences between the main app balance and the balance in the Credit Card Center. The balance in the Credit Card Center is in real time and the most accurate. We are working to improve the main app experience in the future.
