Signed up for their "Premiere eChecking" account which said no monthly fee is charged if you make 3 BillPay payments. So I have been making 3 or more BillPay payments to my credit cards every month. But I noticed that NASA FCU charged me the $7 the monthly fee the last couple of months. I tried to dispute with them multiple times, but they just refuse to acknowledge they're outright dishonoring what they publicized - "No monthly maintenance fee - With direct deposit or BillPay+ and eStatements".

NASA FCU is a fantastic bank. Customer support is wonderful, fast and helpful. The new app (2023) is good for all my needs: remote check deposit, checking transactions, scheduling mortgage payments, online transfers. The only negative is a new AI assisted transaction description shortener which needs help, but the full details are available with a couple extra taps. Five Stars.

Updated the app as requested, still will never open! This problem has existed for several years now!!! Just gives me "A network connection error has occurred. SocketException" no matter what. All kinds to troubleshooting on different phones, different Android versions, different WiFi and cell networks. Nothing, just won't open. Gives the message and exits... How has this not been fixed in over 3 years?
