I haven't been able to log in for weeks now. In reading reviews there are MANY with the same issue. Are you not concerned?! We are customers paying for a service, because online banking is included in our fees, yet we can't access our accounts! Worst yet... we get NO response!! UPDATE This is the most inconsistent banking app!! I can't log in.. its always some type of issues and bugs needing tweaking. Please listen to your customers concerns and give us what we need and pay for!

THIS NEW..."UPDATE"... SUCKS!! My reason for stating this is; I was able to login with my fingerprint ( Biometric scan was perfect ), prior to this last "UPDATE". I now am CONSTANTLY prompted to "Try again", then I am LOCKED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT for: "Multiple failed attempts at login". I haven't changed ANYTHING with regards to my Biometric scan nor changed the finger used for login. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!PLEASE FIX THIS!!! PLEASE FIX THIS!!!PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

I've installed the app, it works fine for a day or so. I've uninstalled and installed this app 4 times. I'm not enjoying having to go back and forth in order to review my account. It becoming very annoying to me.
