It really is a gamble when I log in it doesn't show any of my accounts, it's stuck loading. This happens 80% of the time. It's annoying.

If you haven't already, would you try to (1) Switch networks (Wi‑Fi vs cellular) and retry login. (2) Force close and relaunch the app. (3) Clear app cache (Android Settings > Apps > your mobile banking app > Storage > Clear cache).
(4) Confirm the app is updated to the latest version in Google Play. (5) Restart the device and re-test.

The app worked great until whatever you all did recently, last month, that now the app is terrible. It's ridiculous how long it takes for it to load my account screen. And it's definitely not my phone or my wifi or data. It's this app. Not happy with it one bit.

Whatever change y'all made, sucks. I maybe have 10-20% success rate getting info to load. I do a lot of online banking and need info available, but it mostly sits in loading screen. Please fix this, otherwise it's useless!
