Money always seems to be lost in space. If I get a deposit, it won't show up here until convenient for the credit union. My same deposits appear instantly at other financial institutions. This credit union likes to keep and hold your money for as long as possible without giving you access. Basically, they only want your money. Customer service is horrendous! Most customer service calls are forwarded to some foreign country and nothing ever gets resolved.

It does not always work. It is not intuitive. Why is sign out so difficult to get to? The share draft should be the first, then the savings. And it's called a share draft, not a checking account. Banks have checking accounts, CUs do not. Now you've updated the app & I'm stuck in a loop going back and forth, with NO access to my accounts. This is a piece of garbage.

The last version worked. This one does not. I think they really missed the mark on this one. I have a Samsung s6 and the app is slow to load, and is lacking functionality that the last one had. I can no longer use the finger print login. I called member services and they assured me that I can and that it must be something I am doing wrong. When I go to the settings menu and try to change it there is no other option password. Very Very frustrating....
