App. Would be great if we were able to add our accounts to mobile pay accounts such as Samsung pay. Another feature that would be great, is being able to view multiple accounts at once, as other banks allow you too. Slowly popa is catching up with the times!

I can't rate this app because it won't allow me to login to my account. It says, "The Credit Union is experiencing technical difficulties, please try again later or call the credit union for assistance." I called the credit union and they said their systems, both online and mobile, were functioning properly. I have a Samsung GS7 running Oreo and I have downloaded app version 4.2.87. I would love to use this app., especially the mobile deposit feature. Any suggestions? Unfortunately I have to give a rating to submit , but hopefully I be able to change it by resolving the issue. I have been a member for many years, and still feel their service is outstanding. 05/2020 - (UPDATE) About 3 months ago the POPA representative and thier mobile IT department figured out the issue. Since then I have loved the app and enjoyed the convenience of mobile banking. I am upgrading the app to 5 stars.

As of April 2025, this app is bugged on my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. When I take the photo of the check, the app stays on the screen with the photo and does not allow me to proceed to take a photo of the other side of the check, thus, I am not able to make any mobile deposits. The OS, and the POPA app are fully updated, and I have tried rebooting the phone. I still have the same issue.
