My husband and I have had an account since 1985 with no complaints until the App was "updated". Updated looks don't matter when you can't get into your account to do your banking. And the message you get says to call the service desk, however, this issue likes to happen on weekends when no one is working to take your call. I will be opening up an account elsewhere . Go back to an outside vender and stop cutting corners. There were no issues before. The PRESTO machines were more reliable.

Half the time it kicks you off the system. And now can't even get into my account after uninstalled and re installed it still won't launch??? Constantly asking to verify, when on the site and after deposits it kicks you completely off the site have to go back in and put in password 🙄 now I have know Idea unless I call customer service to check if my account has been tampered with?? Because something isn't right??? It won't let me do anything..

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The app just spins and once the fingerprint comes up and I apply my fingerprint, nothing happens. I haven't been able to access my account to transfer funds to use for days now. Which makes paying my credit cards and other things difficult. Not sure if there is a bug or if the app is being worked on, but someone better fix it very soon.
