Having consistent problems logging in, every time I have to input my password manually despite Bio authentication and "remember me" enabled. I've had to reset my password many times because of how often I'm having to change it. I'm also swiftly locked out of my account for hours without any backup sign in or security question to confirm it's me. On top of that, the new UI is tedious to browse and less responsive than the old design.

Mobile deposit is impossible. Most of the time it reads the wrong number on the check so it will not let me deposit my checks because it thinks I'm entering the wrong number. It won't let me use the space on the back of checks to check if it's a mobile deposit and write the bank. Finally, when it doesn't take your check (which seems to be about 75% of the time), it doesn't send you a notification but instead just leaves a note telling you it didn't work. When it leaves you that note, it doesn't show which check it is referring to so if you have more than one check you deposited for $100 on that day, you have no idea which check it was for. If you try to re-deposit it and you chose the wrong check, it pulls the money from that persons account a second time. Planning on leaving RGCU as soon as I find a better credit union with trustworthy online banking because their mobile deposits are so bad.

It was great while it lasted. I got a HELOC, put it on automatic withdrawal, they don't collect and sent me a late payment fee letter, I went to them an asked why they're doing this about 6 times, they haven't fixed it yet. I'm sick and tired of them, the lady in charge of mortgages doesn't seem to care and never called me back. I just checked my accounts and guess what? The money is still siting there and they don't bother to collect, this is exasperating. Going to Nusenda Credit Union.
