Having consistent problems logging in, every time I have to input my password manually despite Bio authentication and "remember me" enabled. I've had to reset my password many times because of how often I'm having to change it. I'm also swiftly locked out of my account for hours without any backup sign in or security question to confirm it's me. On top of that, the new UI is tedious to browse and less responsive than the old design.

At first I my husband and I hated the new app but now have gotten use to it. It isn't that hard to understand. The only problem I have noticed is sometimes I can not open accounts, checking or switch to savingings.

always a good experience! everyone is friendly and professional. lines move quickly. best move I made was to a credit union from my bank. highly recommend
