As I came in minutes before closing, all the staff even the lady at the front desk were very professional courteous and kind. Not one time that I feel rushed even though I could see that they wanted to go home. I understand about going home as I'm a retired correctional officer. I never wanted to stay at my work. Even though this is not corrections but I do see some of the customers they have to put up with. They treated this old man like family. Thank you

Mobile deposit is impossible. Most of the time it reads the wrong number on the check so it will not let me deposit my checks because it thinks I'm entering the wrong number. It won't let me use the space on the back of checks to check if it's a mobile deposit and write the bank. Finally, when it doesn't take your check (which seems to be about 75% of the time), it doesn't send you a notification but instead just leaves a note telling you it didn't work. When it leaves you that note, it doesn't show which check it is referring to so if you have more than one check you deposited for $100 on that day, you have no idea which check it was for. If you try to re-deposit it and you chose the wrong check, it pulls the money from that persons account a second time. Planning on leaving RGCU as soon as I find a better credit union with trustworthy online banking because their mobile deposits are so bad.

Download, uninstall, download, uninstall. I keep doing this and the app no longer works. it just tells me that the system is temporarily unavailable and to restart my device. It's definitely not something wrong with my phone.
