The new app rarely lets me do quick balance even with it turned on. I don't know my password off the top of my head because I try not to use easy passwords but a jumbled one. The fact that I can't see how much money I have suddenly while I'm out or not within reach of my password notebook is agitating. Quick balance will work for a day or two then give an error notice. sometimes it'll only work for a couple hours before an error notice.

It's a banking app. But good luck doing banking on it. I use the app for mobile deposits. It's a money order it's not like I can possible enter the wrong amount. Unless I am a complete moron and cant read 0-9 the error I get is stupid. "The amount you entered is different than the amount detected". Well I can tell you this... I'm right so your IT guy is wrong. Fix your damn app. once again it has taken days to use one simple feature. Maybe I should do my banking else where. NO APP SUPPORT at all

after they changed their app I've had nothing but issues, I actually hate this new style, it's more difficult, my app just recently started closing on itself, no matter how many times I've restarted my device I've even un-installed the app a few times but that's an issue you may come into, I also *used* to be able to get a look at how much I'm getting paid a day before, this app is the reason I'm changing banks
