Upgrade was a downgrade. All my account groups were ungrounded, as in all accounts are in all groups. The loan information, payments, due dates that were in the header of the account are gone. That was a simple way for me to monitor when a payment was due. Now I will have to try to figure it out some other way...worst "upgrade" on a app I have ever experienced. Epic fail.

Can't screenshot anymore. Before I could but I guess after update it's not allowed anymore. Which is a bad move on their part because sometimes when I encounter a payment problem with a seller whoever I'm emailing wants to see what charges I'm disputing. And before I could just send in a screenshot. Also I like to screenshot my balance so I don't need to constantly log in to check what I had.

Good news! Screenshots are still available. From the app, go to “Settings” in the menu, find “Taking Screenshots” and move the slider from left to right. This should let you take screenshots again. While there, turn on “Quick Balance” to view your balances without logging in. Please reach out if you need additional help. Thanks for being a member!
