Check out our new and improved mobile banking app at St Louis Community Credit Union! It can be used with your smartphone or tablet – anytime, anywhere.

To access the St. Louis Community Credit Union mobile banking app, you must be an SLCCU member. You can get the app by either (1) doing so from your mobile device by visiting the app store or (2) going to www.stlouiscommunity.com, clicking on the Online Banking Box (to the right) and selecting Enroll Now.

If you’re ever out and about, so are we! With the Mobile Money site and a mobile app from St. Louis Community Credit Union, you’ll have access to your Credit Union account on your smartphone!

With the app, you can experience banking at your fingertips. Check your St. Louis Community CU account balances and recent transactions, transfer funds between accounts, pay bills, and more! Rest assured, we safeguard your personal information using multiple security measures, including authentication, encryption and more. Best of all, it’s FREE! More features coming soon!

Our current members may be eligible to apply for loans with St Louis Community Credit Union. Please review the following to understand our lending information, and make sure to check ( https://www.stlouiscommunity.com/loans/loan-rates ) for the latest rate information.
Our personal loans have a minimum repayment period of 6 months and a maximum repayment period of 60 months. The Maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for a personal loan is based on the amount and term selected. Rates are subject to change. Our minimum offered loan amount is $500 and our maximum offered loan amount is $15,000.
Not all applicants may qualify for the most favorable rates or the highest possible loan amounts. Approval and actual loan terms depend on credit union membership history and credit risk evaluations (including responsible credit history, debt-to-income information, and availability of collateral). Highly qualified applicants may be offered higher loan amounts and/or lower APRs. Personal loans may not be used for (college or post-college education expenses, business or commercial purposes, buying crypto or other speculative investments, gambling, or) illegal purposes. Active-duty military, their spouses or dependents covered by the Military Lending Act may not pledge a vehicle as collateral.

Consider a loan where the borrower receives $10,000 at an APR of 12.99% over 60 months.
The borrower would repay $227.53 every month.
The total amount paid for the loan would be $13,651.80.
Actual loan terms may vary and depend on the prospective borrower’s credit profile, debts, income, membership history, etc.
Some of our loan options are intended for consolidating existing debts into a single loan. When consolidating existing debts or refinancing an existing loan, total finance charges and money owed over the period of the new loan may be more than the existing debt due to longer terms or higher interest rates.

Unable to log in, phone numbers to contact bank don't work. Extremely sketchy. Husband went to bank, they told him "someone took" the username (over had for at least a year) and we had to reregister because of the new app. New app won't let us log in, saying email verification not complete. Double checked email, nothing received from this bank. The whole thing makes me feel very uncomfortable keeping my money here.

Can't add a new Payee to Bill Pay on the app. Mobile check deposit is a nice new feature though. It's worked for me both times I've used it. I'm frustrated with the CU in general though, for to their handling of our truck loan. Total BS. I'm shopping for a new CU to do business with.

Ever since the update today, the app won't let me do anything. It says there is another app running that is "capable of intercepting your touchscreen's activity" and it won't accept any input until that app is closed. I have no idea what app it's talking about, but this has rendered the credit union app useless.

We're sorry to hear you're having issues with the SLCCU app. A large update was done to the app and online banking. Members need to agree to the update when they open the app on their device. You could also uninstall the app and reinstall it for update to take place. Please contact us at 314-534-7610 if you are still having issues. Have a nice day.
