Telco is the best. This app is very user friendly. Telco is, as usual, prompt & helpful - when I leave a message for them through this app, I get a quick & helpful response, usually within hours the same day! It is actually much quicker & much less frustrating than going through the phone system. I am a senior & usually prefer using the phone, but this is an exception. Too bad other apps aren't this great.

I have no idea why I cannot login into my account from this app(both old and new) or login through the web portal. Happened for 2 years now. I always get a login failure. I tried changing password and nothing happens. This app is basically useless and I always have to physically go to the bank. To make it even worse, my bank changed location so now it's a 30 min drive. At this point, I may just close my account.

Telco is the best bank I have ever used. They provide excellent customer service and they have a incredible theft security on my account account account. Even on the weekends I've been contacted by their automated security system to make sure that a specific charge on my debit card was me. I'm very thankful for the staff with their generosity and professionalism. I highly recommend Telco Credit union.
