Easy to use and does everything I need it to. Finding atms is really convenient using the app because I don't have to pay to use the atm. Everything is quick access and simple. Seeing my account balances without logging in is a great help managing my accounts. I'm still discovering things I can do on this app. If you have an account,you need this app! It's that simple. Self explanatory.

Something is wrong with my phone account theres no weekend fraud team to contact. Im worried and stressed . I was trying to get into the automated line and they said they found a problem with my account. I went on line and tried downloading the app. And was told I already have an account online but this was the first time I tried signing into the app. So I have wait til Monday 4/3/23 to receive help.

Was forced to update the app with no prior warning that I would have to recreate the account as if I'm not an existing member. Was not given an opportunity to even check my balance. Now, I can't login until I get all my info together and create another profile. The last app was the bare minimum at best, and this one probably won't have anything added to make all the extra steps necessary. I am so tired of all of the digital red tape for no one but the company to benefit.
