the app itself is easy to navigate but since this new update that they've done I can't use my biometrics to sign into my app so if I have my biometrics saved in the app every time I go to open it to check my balance the app crashes

Since this last update I can't log into the app it crashes everytime I use my fingerprint to log in!! Please fix the app, thank you!

locked out because my phone is too old? I have a finger print scanner and facial recognition, but I don't have access to my account anymore. please go back to the other app. I'll have to get a new bank. very inconvenient and with no warning.
