locked out because my phone is too old? I have a finger print scanner and facial recognition, but I don't have access to my account anymore. please go back to the other app. I'll have to get a new bank. very inconvenient and with no warning.

I've tried to set my password...no good luck.

Garbage I can't use bill pay and I can't transfer my money to pay my loan. The credit keeps telling me oh its easy and everything works you just don't how to use the app guess what it's the 21st century everyone knows how to use a app. All my other banking apps actually work!
