I have so much trouble with this app. it chronically doesn't remember my password or my finger ID setting I prefer. which makes me end up changing my password and resetting things almost once a month. my biggest issue right now is for the last few months won't let me log in at all. it just spins on the main red screen. I've uninstalled and reinstalled at least a dozen times, restarted my phone and made sure my permissions were open long-term. once I'm in the app it is easy to navigate.

Well was loving the new app but now the biometrics won't work and says to open setting after login in. There is no setting that I can find to turn it on. I know there was cause I turned it on originally. Finally found it in the upper left corner the button is almost the same color and the background when in dark mode.

The newest update helped the UI look nicer, and that is it. The redesigned mobile deposit option doesn't work. The previous system actually let you take pictures of your check and deposit them. Now you have to take an absurd amount of time to take a pic of your check, and maybe it'll deposit. My first check decline was with the new UI. Previously, I had deposited lots of checks with no issues in 30 seconds flat, and now I can't do that. Work on your mobile deposit.
